With over 20 years of experience in the NHS, I have dedicated my career as a Director and senior nurse leader to fostering excellence in healthcare.

I am also honoured to serve on the Board of Directors for a UK charity that shines a light on the critical issue of loneliness. I believe that for the NHS to provide the highest quality of care, it must reflect diversity and equity within its leadership. This conviction drives our mission at Coaching to Lead Cymru.

I am proud to lead a non-profit organisation that is wholeheartedly committed to supporting professionals in the health sector.
