At Coaching to Lead Cymru, we are dedicated to promoting equality in leadership within the health sector. Our focus is on supporting the talents of both internationally trained and domestically trained nurses from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds. Our coaching circle is committed to identifying and nurturing this talent, using sponsorship as a key mechanism for support and career advancement.
We actively guide and facilitate networking opportunities, ensuring these nurses have access to the resources and connections necessary for their success. By dismantling barriers and fostering an inclusive environment, we empower a diverse range of leaders to thrive and drive meaningful change in the health sector.
